Sakonent is a CRM 2.0 consultancy who focus on the new generation of collaborative CRM (customer relationship management) solutions that can be deployed anywhere to deliver business value quickly, flexibly and progressively.

We were approached to redesign the existing website to bring a breath of fresh air to the company's online presence. Initially, two completely opposite designs were proposed. Here's the response we've received:

"We're going to be bold, and ask that you build out the 'dark album' a bit modern (screams 2.0), fun, professional and I feel like techno music playing in the background'.  I actually don't think techno, I think dubstep.

We like the drips on the left, we like the angles of the checkboxes, it feels different and somehow modern, perhaps even a bit too dark and unfriendly to the older crowd, though.  But, that's what makes it so great, fly your freak flag and let the old people freak out." [sic]
